Justine “Tini” Stilborn, of Métis, Swampy Cree, Romanian, and mixed European descent, brings a wealth of experience in strategic branding, marketing, and community engagement. Her roles as Marketing & Brand Advisor at OneHoop Indigenous Advisory Services showcases her dynamic expertise. Justine has consistently demonstrated her commitment to brand development, strategic growth, and cultural engagement. Her work in these areas reflects a dedication to fostering sustainable business practices and empowering Indigenous communities through impactful visual storytelling and meaningful impact.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Justine serves as the Past-President of CARFAC Saskatchewan, a board member since 2014, and the Saskatchewan provincial representative on the CARFAC National board since 2023. She also contributes as a Cultural Sector Reference Group Member for the City of Regina, advising on cultural initiatives that ensure the inclusion and representation of diverse communities in the city's cultural policies.
