Kyle is a Consultant at OneHoop who brings his expertise in building and growing nonprofits, fundraising, community engagement, strategic planning, and public and media relations. His work has significantly impacted various sectors, including Indigenous relations, social services, and community development. Kyle notably founded and led the North End Family Centre in Winnipeg, significantly expanding its impact and infrastructure, raising millions in donations, and positively influencing thousands of families.

Kyle is a recognized leader, having received honours, such the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, CBC Manitoba Future 40 leader, Community Hero Award from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and attending the Governor General Canadian Leadership Conference for his contributions to leadership and social change.
Kyle serves actively as a board member with Canadian Mennonite University's Governance and Indigenous Councils, Kapabamayak Achaak Healing Forest, and St. Stephen's University Indigenous Advisory Council. His previous board roles include chairing the North End Renewal Corporation and serving with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, Gonzaga Middle School, Winnipeg Police Board, Churches for Freedom Road (Shoal Lake 40), and World Vision Canada's National Advisory Council for Canadian Programs.
Rooted in personal experience as the son of Indian Residential and Day School Survivors and raised in Winnipeg's North End, Kyle brings authenticity and empathy to his advocacy and professional engagements. He remains deeply committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces for dialogue and learning, empowering individuals and organizations on their paths to meaningful Reconciliation.
