Our Story
About Us
Based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, we are an Indigenous professional services firm founded by former Chief of Cowessess First Nation Cadmus Delorme and Thomas Benjoe of Muscowpetung First Nation.
As an organization centred on people, we believe both individuals and communities are keys to strengthening Indigenous relations across Turtle Island. We provide Indigenous and traditional management consulting services to Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients across North America.
What makes us unique?
● Indigenous-led: We are an Indigenous business registered with the Indigenous Business Directory, the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce of Manitoba, the Regina Chamber of Commerce, the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
● Lived Experience: Many of our team members have built their careers in community and have brought their lived experiences and learnings to non-Indigenous organizations.
● Expertise: We work with many First Nations communities to build programs and strategies that further the prosperity and wellbeing of their members.
● Community-Minded: We focus on community engagement with youth, elders, and general populations that centres on lived experiences and ideas to develop programs and strategies that create real community impact.
