Cadmus Delorme Launches OneHoop, an Indigenous Consulting Firm Focused on Economic Reconciliation

Regina, Saskatchewan, October 5th, 2023

OneHoop, a groundbreaking Indigenous consulting firm focused on economic reconciliation, is pleased to announce its official launch. Founded by Cadmus Delorme, former Chief of Cowessess First Nation, OneHoop brings a fresh and unique perspective to the consulting industry, focusing on three core pillars: Indigenous consulting, management consulting, and government relations.

“Many organizations are excited to implement economic reconciliation strategies through Call to Action #92, but often fail to find a place to start,” said Cadmus Delorme, founder of OneHoop. “I am excited to lead a team of experts who  challenge the status quo and create solutions to achieve economic reconciliation within many different organizations.”

“In order for us to achieve parity, we must first accept that progress will require us to face uncomfortable conversations about the truth of our history as Canadians regarding Indigenous participation in our economy,” said Delorme.  “Only then can we move forward with economic reconciliation solutions that are inspired by an Indigenous  worldview.”

“We are walking the path of economic reconciliation by uniting people in a circle of shared respect, understanding  and prosperity.”

The OneHoop team looks forward to unlocking economic reconciliation within your organization.
